Nestled on the second floor of a beautiful bourgeois building without an elevator, this characterful apartment shares its landing with its twin, the Charlotte apartment. Barbara's entrance opens onto a vast, bright living space integrating a friendly kitchen and a spacious living room. The sleeping area is cleverly arranged with two bedrooms located opposite each other for more privacy, one of which is equipped with twin beds. Comfort is optimal with two shower rooms including toilets, complemented by a bathroom and an independent toilet.



This apartment can comfortably accommodate up to four people. For larger groups, it is possible to simultaneously rent the Charlotte apartment on the same floor, thus providing a total capacity of eight sleeping spaces.
