If I could give 6 stars I would. Staff (front desk reception, housekeeping, etc.) were all extremely kind, helpful, and patient. They went above and beyond to accommodate our requests, provide us with recommendations, and quickly resolve any concerns. Housekeeping was on top of everything, leaving our room very clean! Best service I've ever had. The Komu was a walking distance from everything we wanted to check out in Canggu, very close to beaches, shops, restaurants, beach clubs, etc. The room itself is cozy, clean, and has everything we need. The hotel even has a gym open 24 hours and a pool open until later in the evening. I'd come back to this place if I visit Bali again in the future.

We loved The Komu, our room was beautiful and the property was immaculate. Staff were so friendly and helpful wherever we needed anything. Our included breakfast was delicious and a great start to the day. We look forward to coming back in the future. The location is also amazing with great shopping, lots of places to eat and easily walkable.

There are many cafes and places to eat nearby and it’s also walkable to the beach - a very busy, bustling area. I had to cut my stay short for personal reasons however the staff was kind and accommodating in helping to make this unexpected change.
