The staff were friendly and helpful, but the room was in terrible condition. It had a strong musty smell, the walls were peeling, several light bulbs didn't work, the air conditioner was leaking, the bathroom tap was loose, the towel rack was falling off, and the pillow had yellow stains. Even the hallway looked like a prison, with peeling walls everywhere. I had booked a one-week stay, but I couldn't even stay for one night because of the poor condition of the room. I would not recommend this hotel.

Great hotel , in good location

Breakfast was okay , the room was good quality the clearing could have been better Super friendly staff and the location of the hotel. It was just absolutely perfect with walking distance to the beach shops restaurants, there’s tons of grab scooters if you don’t feel comfortable riding yourself Hotel was super helpful getting us a ride we end up using the same driver for a couple times, since he was so awesome

The location was very ideal (close to shops, the beach, food, etc.). The staff were all incredibly nice, helpful and welcoming. I would absolutely recommend staying there for short-time and long time stays (we stayed for 7 nights). I highly recommend the Kirana.
