We paid for a pool room, well worth the money with direct entry to the pool and really convenient (no lugging towels and other kit backwards & forwards); recommended. Staff are very helpful, friendly, and polite, but I think they are still in training and a little repetitive and extremely slow with orders. Food was excellent, and rooms are well-appointed and extremely comfortable. Would definitely go back as we had a great time here.

They made our honeymoon really special! The staff were exceptionally nice, our room was cleaned every day, they constantly were asking if we needed anything. The breakfast buffet was a nice touch, we loved the fresh juices and waffle bar especially. They certainly catered to Asian/Indian/Western cultures and had options for everyone. Having a pool suite was the best choice at this place. We booked a romantic sun deck dinner our last night and they really went above and beyond and made it so special. Highly recommend for any couples looking for a romantic getaway, they should make the resort adult only lol!

Very nice hotel, nice property, and great staff. The only negative was that they did not want us to go until they checked our room. Although I know some hotels do this discretely, we were offended by the lack of trust of their guests. Maybe there is reason for this, but without explanation we were insulted.
