The hotel service is outstanding. The room's functionality, cleanliness, and delicious meals—everything about it makes this the best hotel. Plus, being beachfront, access to the ocean was excellent, allowing us to enjoy it daily. Furthermore that, the laundry service is unlimited and free—a truly appreciated service. It's definitely in my top 3 best hotels ever! I definitely want to visit again.

Ein sehr schönes Resort, welches fast keine Wünsche offen lässt. Neu, modern, luxuriös mit sehr freundlichen und hilfsbereiten Mitarbeitern. Leider noch nicht ganz fertig! Das F&B Angebot muss noch deutlich besser werden. Mehr Gerichte mit lokalem Fisch, Gemüse etc. Die Weinkarte braucht dringend ein update. Ein wenig Arbeit an der internen Kommunikation wäre gut und sinnvoll. Ansonsten war es ein tolles Erlebnis. Resti und Nadi bekommen ein besonderes Lob für ihre tolle Dienstleistung.

It’s our honeymoon and I informed hotel in advance however I didnt see them working on any of giving surprise or service to make it a honeymoony stay. Lagoon is dirty. Leaves are sinking under the water and no one cleans. Despite of it, hotel staff are very nice and helpful.
