My second time at Papillon. The rooms are generous, clean and serviced each day. The staff are unfailingly positive and helpful. The whole place is kept clean & tidy. Its location is perfect for a short walk (200 yds) to the beach and for plenty of bars & cafes. Can't think why I would stay anywhere else. Thanks Sri and team.

as for the breakfast, I tried only 1 meal but it tasted good rooms are good and clean pool was not the cleanest on my visit (leaves etc) staff was very accomodating 5/5 for the staff.

Probably the best value of any hotel where I’ve ever stayed. It’s a three minute walk to a beautiful beach and they have three lovely pools. And the rooms are enormous. We had an incredible time here I couldn’t recommend it anymore. And their restaurant is also excellence.

Great place to stay to explore canguu , very close to beach , staff are amazing , friendly and helpful . Clean rooms nice pool nice gardens ,great little restaurant , be aware its easy to over eat on the buffet breakfast , requiring a long nap by the pool😂 Would highly recommend this very place,well priced for the area . Weird moldy smell durning random times of the day/night. View of the wall, construction all day, AC has not been properly cleaned/maintained for a long time (if ever). Very friendly staff. No front desk/security staff at night. Inside the room everything looks like it’s about to fall apart. Great location.

The staff were very friendly and helpful in many ways especially when i was sick. The breakfast was okay. There is a construction going on all day which was loud. The room is nice however there is no safe in the room for valuables. The bed and sheet was very comfortable i slept very well there.

This hotel was lovely, the rooms were huge and had a massive bathroom, the hotel offers three pools, this was nice to cool down on a hot afternoon. There is a cafe in the lobby where you also get a free welcome drink, all of the staff were really helpful and super friendly at the hotel. The hotel is in a great location a few minutes walk from the beach, many really good resturants and shops nearby and beach clubs are a short drive.

The property could use a refresher, but was very clean amd presentable. There is currently construction going on next door from 8:00am till 5:00pm mon-friday. The bar across the street plays karoke till midnight. That is aboit ot for the down side. The location is perfect for the beach. There are shops to be had nearby and ATM machines.
