Ground floor: living room/lounge, kitchen, toilet, shower room. Upstairs: 2 bedrooms (queen-size bed, shower room), (2 single beds), bathroom, toilet. Baby bed. WIFI access. Electric heating extra (depending on meter reading). Private enclosed courtyard of 100 m² with parking. 200 m² unfenced garden on a hillside. Cellar for bicycles. Included in the price: sheets (beds made). Non-smoking cottage. Bicycle rental in Dame Marie les Bois, approximately 10 km away. Former 19th-century winemaker's house in the heart of the Loire Valley and the Touraine-Amboise AOC vineyards, at the gateway to the great châteaux of the Valley of the Kings (approximately 15 minutes from Amboise, 30 minutes from Chenonceau).
