Ground floor: living/dining room, kitchen, WC, shower room. Upstairs: 2 bedrooms (one with a queen-size bed and shower room, the other with two single beds), bathroom, WC. Cot available. Wi-Fi access. Electric heating is extra (meter reading). Private enclosed courtyard of 100 m² with parking. Unfenced garden of 200 m² on a hillside. Cellar for bicycles. Included in the price: bed linen (beds made). Non-smoking property. Bicycle rental available in Dame Marie les Bois, approximately 10 km away. A former 19th-century winemaker's house in the heart of the Loire Valley and the Touraine-Amboise AOC vineyards, at the gateway to the grand châteaux of the Loire Valley (approximately 15 minutes from Amboise, 30 minutes from Chenonceau).
