Rest under starry skies and wake up to natural light in this spacious and cozy apartment located in La Viliella (Cangas del Narcea) — the only village within the Muniellos Integral Biosphere Reserve, and also part of the Natural Park of Fuentes del Narcea, Degaña and Ibias, one of Spain’s last natural paradises.

The property is part of a historic Asturian house from 1860, fully restored with care, preserving its rural charm and traditional character. It features chestnut wood ceilings, original stone walls, and parquet floors, blending warmth and authenticity with modern comfort.

Inside, you’ll find spacious rooms, a pellet fireplace, central heating, and fresh spring water, creating a comfortable and authentic stay in any season.

Outside, guests can enjoy an 800 m² private garden, exclusively for their use, with spectacular views of the Reserve, a barbecue, fountain, pond, hammocks, tables and chairs — a perfect place to relax, dine outdoors or simply listen to the sounds of nature.

The covered porch of 40 m² is also private and furnished with a sofa, armchairs, and a table, offering a cozy space to enjoy breakfast, read a book, or dine under the stars while surrounded by peace and greenery.

A private, gated parking area is located right in front of the house, providing easy and secure access for guests.

From the doorstep, you can start more than ten hiking routes, leading through ancient Roman mines, old water mills, a Celtic hillfort, mountain meadows, and the Rañadoiro peak, or even take a refreshing dip in the nearby river — all without needing to drive.
