It has garden areas, large swimming pool with beach-type access and solarium area, children's pool and playground for the little ones, gymnasium, spa with sauna, paddle courts and sports areas.



The flat has two terraces to enjoy with family or friends. It also has 3 bedrooms, one of them with access to one of the terraces of the flat. It also has two bathrooms and a kitchen open to the living room, but perfectly separated, which gives access to the wonderful terrace with views to the Mediterranean coast.
