this is a family run business operations since 1999 .we manage small guest house cum vacation rentals. for Indian and foreign tourists looking to visit ,enjoy and be safe in goa . we try our best to give best accomodation, service, Amenities and guidance to our guest so they can feel part of our family guest and take home lovely Goan memories.

Kitchen facilities for self cooking and and guest with special needs include gas stove, Electric, cutlery kettle,cooker,kadai, frying pan ,tapeli, handi, tawa dining table , refrigerator, microwave crockery etc and what ever required can be arranged on request.
Bathroom are private n attached to the apartment with western style commord,. with 24 hot n cold water

Bedroom attached n private is equipped with split A/C, ceiling fan, balcony,cupboard, lockers,chest drawers,flat screen hd tv with satelite dish tv .

There is WIFi broadband fiber optic internet with speed up to 300
Mbps and unlimited data

Power back up is available for lights bulb,fan and wifi and one emergency socket for max 6 hours

Maid service for short time includes daily sweeping, mopping, bathroom cleaning etc,only with guest permission n presence.
kindly note kitchen utensils cleaning is not included in her regular duties but can be arranged for minimum charge pls discuss with maid

water is provided by goa water department and can be used for drinking, cooking cleaning, bathing
special 20 litre drinking water is kept in the room only for drinking purpose

Personal laundry washing is available for for charge of 250 rupees for 8 kg load and iron is also available on request so feel free to inform

there full privacy and freedom to come in n go anytime of your stay , guest have excess to entrance,open terrace seating under mango tree ,etc.
