It has a living area with a comfortable sofa that invites you to relax, Smart TV, Fiber WiFi designed for teleworking, air conditioning, a fully equipped kitchen with all appliances and a bathroom with shower. With all the amenities and communal pool in the residential complex in which it is located.

Access by elevator, but the corridor to the apartment has some stairs leading down.

The property is not suitable for babies. There is no cot or high chair available.

Check-in after 10:00 PM incurs an additional charge, which varies depending on the time of arrival.

On 24 and 31 December, there will be a €15 surcharge for check-in between 8 pm and 10 pm.
