With very good connections to the motorway to get to know the rest of the island, this property has all the ingredients for a unique holiday.

This beautiful flat is ideal for couples, families and business trips, as it has capacity for 4 people, cot, high chair, desk and wifi fibre at 300 mb. With two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds, which can be joined or separated as needed. With access to a pleasant terrace in the living room and master bedroom, where you can disconnect and relax, separate kitchen with essential appliances and all the necessary amenities. Perfectly located just a few steps from the beach and the promenade, with a local atmosphere, where you can enjoy its restaurants and cafes and very well connected to explore the rest of the island.

Appartement agreable

Appartement à 2 mn à pieds du bord de mer et des restaurants. Place de parking en sous sol bienvenue. L’appartement est lumineux, tres joliment décoré, et fonctionnel. Cuisine bien équipée, avec de quoi petit déjeuner pour le premier jour. Le supermarché Cor est à 50 mètres en face, tres pratique. La terrace sur le toit est tres bien pour regarder les etoiles. Pas de contact physique avec l’agence de location, mais ils sont tres reactifs au téléphone et par whatsapp pour l’entrée dans l’immeuble, car il doivent débloquer la porte d’entrée de la rue à distance. Excellent sejour.
