Nice apartment very close to the seaside

The apartment is good size and good condition, mainly as shown in the picture (sofa is not the same, but similar and a bit older). Terrace is nice and very big, but you don't have much sunlight coming in. Good size tv with netflix and chrome. Laundry machine and dishwasher in the kitchen. Hot water doesn't last long too much.
