This apartment comes with one dedicated underground car space in the building. There is also a large paid parking car park across the street (but free during night-time hours), and some 2-Hour free parking on the street itself.

Guests will have full exclusive use of the apartment and its car space, as well as use of the onsite shared facilities (gym & pool).

- There will be a Refundable Security Deposit held ($300). This isn't a double charge, but a security hold. The hold will take place at the time of booking but will appear on your transactions two days before checkout. It is released after checkout.
