With three bedrooms and one bathroom, plus a separate toilet, this apartment is fully equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, large corner bath, and A/C and heating in the main living space. It is centrally located in Woden, just a 5-minute walk to the hospital, a 10-minute walk to Woden Westfield, and a 5-minute walk to the beautiful Eddison Park.

There are three bedrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 6 guests: one King, one Double, and one Twin room with 2 single beds. The apartment is on the top floor of a 3-floor building. Please note that there is stair access only and no lift.

Guests have access to the entire apartment.

- A refundable $300 security deposit will be held. This is not an additional charge, but a security hold. The hold will be placed at the time of booking and will appear on your transactions two days before checkout. It will be released after checkout.
1. There are STRICTLY no parties allowed in this apartment.
2. Loud noise past 10pm is prohibited. We have noise monitors that will alert us to this.
3. Strictly no smoking, including on the balcony.
