Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, listing accuracy
Couldn't provide me with a valid keybox code to access the apartment. They agreed to reimburse me to stay at another hotel and then renenged on the agreement. Had to get Hotels.com to step in to resolve for me. Avoid MadeComfy.
