There was little or no human contact nor written instructions. The stove fan was very greasy, the stove top was discoloured. The vacuum cleaner hose was broken in one part. The room and parking numbering system were illogical, not sequential, e.g. room numbers didn’t correspond to floors and parking space numbers were haphazard. I didn’t know whom to contact if anything went wrong. On the positive side the A/C, plumbing, stove, fridge, lighting, doors , elevator, car gates worked, the bed was comfortable, the views were good, the price OK. A resident manager would help.
