The amenities were quite well-kept. The room was spacious and clean, enough for me traveling on my own. The bathroom was clean and body wash, shampoo and conditioner was available. clean, efficient, quiet, public transport at doorstep. I loved the little side garden outside the kitchen, with benches in dappled sunlight, looking at people's vegetable garden plots. Nice place for a cup of tea and a book. Staff were lovely and friendly. The only issue I had was that the toilet lights were turned off late at night, with no way to turn them on, making 3am toilet stop very very dark! highly recommend.

Good value for money. Essentially it’s a university hall of residence with hotel rooms. Not everyone’s cup of tea but fine for me. Clean and practical rooms with a clean shared bathroom and shared kitchenette. Is on the streetcar line to the city centre. I would stay here again.

Well located - moderate distance from city centre on tram/light rail. A small convenience store 100 metres away. Comfortable bed. More than adequate storage space - 6 drawers and plenty of hanging space, although only 4 hangers. Mirror and sink in room - hot and cold water with adequate pressure. Bathrooms conveniently located and kept clean; soap, shampoo and conditioner provided. Kitchenette near rooms and well supplied with utensils, crockery, toaster, kettle, microwave, refrigerator. Tea bags, instant coffee sachets, sugar, milk sachets. Overall the CAC is clean, quiet, comfortable and good value.
