This appartment has been the worst ever place in the Dolomites. Vers small for 4 even for a shoot time stay. It comes with the noise of a compressor from the garage behind that works 24/7. We ask to change the appartement for one in front of the building but we were told that it was impossible, the company in Swizzera has alreaday cash m’y paiement…. Bla bla bla. Never s’en sutch à bad compagny like InterHome. Never again.

Un Buon Soggiorno

Appartamento in buone condizioni, materassi molto buoni, ottima posizione, supermercati e negozi vicini, bella terrazza ma poco soleggiata. Cucina ben attrezzata ed accessoriata. Privo di posto auto, noi abbiamo trovato nelle vicinanze senza grossi problemi (prima settimana di agosto) ma per chi soggiorna nelle settimane centrali, è una notevole mancanza.

Zweckmäßig und OK

Die Wohnung ist OK und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Wir haben zwar 3 Tage lang ziemlich niedrige Temperaturen drinnen, aber dann vom Besitzer einen Heizlüfter erhalten, gute Reaktion !. Tag später hat die Zentralheizung funktioniert und es war schon angenehm warm. War stört besonders Nachts sind die zyklische laute Geräusche von einem Kompressor / Pumpe draußen in der Nachbarschaft, dafür kann aber Besitzer der Wohnung nichts.

Appartamento in centro comodo a tutto con ascensore forno microonde lavatrice e lavastoviglie. Da cambiare i cuscini e il box doccia che fa uscire un po' di acqua.

Manch Selbstverständliches fehlt leider

Die Wohnung ist sauber, hell und nicht zu beanstanden. Aber zu der Wohnung gibt es keinen Parkplatz am Haus. Davor auf der Straße darf man nur 2 Stunden parken und das für 2 Euro. Das Auto muss auf den großen Parkplatz beim Hallenbad ein paar hundert Meter entfernt. WiFi/WLan gibt es nicht. Ebenso keinen Ski/-schuhabstellraum; das Zeug muss in die Wohnung und auf den Balkon getragen werden. Das Bettwäschepaket besteht aus 2 Leintüchern und einem Kopfkissenbezug; Italien eben.
