Während unserer Ferienwoche herrschte eine Hitzeperiode mit bis zu 38 Grad. Aufgrund der fehlenden Klimaanlage heizte sich das ganze Haus auf über 30 Grad auf! Teilweise fehlende Mückengitter an den Fenstern verunmöglichten eine gute Querlüftung.Am besten hat uns der Pool gefallen.Die restliche Umgebung ist ungepflegt und die Einrichtungen total veraltet. Der Kinderspielplatz oder auch das Aussencheminée sind zum Beispiel unbrauchbar. Die Umzäunung des Hauses ist lückenhaft und teilweise nicht fertiggestellt. Dadurch konnten freilaufende Katzen und ein Hund auf das Grundstück gelangen.Hier gibt es dringend Handlungsbedarf.
