Escape to nature at ‘Sunrise Cabin’, situated at the top of a private drive overlooking a farm. Head out to the covered deck each morning to enjoy your coffee while watching the cows. Soak those sore muscles in the hot tub while gazing up at the night sky. Located only minutes from downtown Campton, Sunrise allows you to feel secluded in nature while still being close to town. Countless adventures in Red River Gorge are just a short drive away! Sunrise Cabin is just what you need to recharge.

- Sunrise is a non-smoking and non pet-friendly cabin -

• Amenities include a fully equipped kitchen with standard coffee pot and microwave, Wi-Fi, hot tub, TV with Firestick, firepit, charcoal grill, covered deck with outdoor furniture, and peaceful farm views.

• Sleeping Arrangements:
- Bedroom 1 / Upstairs Loft: Queen Bed
- Living Room: Sleeper Sofa
• Please note: the queen bed is located in an upstairs loft, so stairs are required to access the main sleeping area.

• Bathroom:
- 1 full bathroom

• Fresh linens and towels are provided. We also include an Essential Starter Pack to make your stay easier: 2 rolls of toilet paper, 1 roll of paper towels, shampoo, conditioner, bar soap, 3 laundry pods, 3 trash bags, and 1 fresh sponge.

• Firewood and charcoal are not provided. We encourage purchasing firewood locally to help prevent the spread of invasive species and protect our beautiful wooded areas. Please plan to bring charcoal for the grill.

⚠️ Important Road + Vehicle Notice: Sunrise Cabin is located at the top of a steep private road with potholes and ruts. This road is shared by several property owners and is not maintained by our company. 4WD is required, and an elevated vehicle is highly recommended due to the steep uphill access and road conditions. This cabin is not recommended for low-clearance vehicles or travelers who are uncomfortable driving steep, rutted private roads.
Parking is limited. A maximum of 2 vehicles is recommended at the cabin. Additional vehicles will need to park at the local park-and-ride, and your group will need to carpool to the property. Trailers are prohibited.

• View Note: Sunrise Cabin overlooks a peaceful farm setting; however, a neighboring property has built a wall that unfortunately obstructs part of the view.

• Larger groups? This cabin is located on a private drive within walking distance of four other cabins: Hillside Loft Cabin, Hillside Cabin, Whispering Winds, and Hidden Chalet. We manage three of these if you are interested in booking multiple properties!

• Security Camera Disclosure: There is camera surveillance on the porch by the farm, facing the driveway. The camera is exterior-facing only and does not view private interior spaces.

• Location: Sunrise Cabin is close to hiking, horseback riding, rock climbing, kayaking, canoeing, zip lines, sightseeing, restaurants, and other Red River Gorge favorites.

- Please contact us as soon as possible if you must cancel or reschedule your stay. No refunds or date modifications within 14 days or less of your arrival.
- No refunds are permitted due to weather. No exceptions. Winter weather (snow/ice) and flooding can occur in the area. You should be given the option to add Trip Insurance at booking check-out.
- Please be aware that no refunds are permitted for cancellations on holiday rates, which includes but is not limited to, New Year`s, Valentine`s Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.
