Cozy Condo Luxury Recreational Center

I needed a place to stay with my two teenage kids to explore the White Mountains. The beds and couch were comfy and the place was clean and tidy. My kids and I had a lot of fun at the community center swimming in the multiple pools and enjoying the hot tub. The style of the place is very basic and bland but more important is comfort and cleanliness which is has. Aline is very responsive and helpful to questions and communicates considerately. Cons: We couldn't get the cable TV to work downstairs. My kids were disappointed by the VHS tapes but no VCR. The linens are washed in some sort of perfumed detergent. They had a strong perfumed detergent smell and did not absorb water well. The shower had little water flow and little water pressure. Overall it was a nice place to stay.

The condo is nice. Its cute. The sleeping side of things inst optimal, but its definitely doable. We had 3 people and 1 person slept on the sofa, which was comfy. The common area- pools, hot tubs etc- is the best feature. Its really nice, and even has a restaurant, games, 4 pools and a few hot tubs. All clean. We would go again!

The property is clean, comfortably furnished, and perfect for up to 4 people. We had 2 adults and a teenager and it was perfect. The area is phenomenal! Way too much to do in only two days. The community/rec center alone had more to explore than we had time for between the pools, pond, and sport court options. And the surrounding towns of Lincoln, Woodstock, etc. offer a ton of excellent options for adventure, nature, shopping, and eating. We’re already planning when we can get back!
