In Sa Ràpita, in the beautiful island of Mallorca, the beautiful holiday home “Villa Paula” impresses guests with its generous outdoor area and its excellent location near the beach. It consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 4 bedrooms (2 with one kingsize bed each; 2 with 2 single beds each) as well as 3 bathrooms, and it can therefore accommodate 8 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, fans, satellite and cable television, a washing machine, a baby cot and a highchair. One of the main attractions of the house is the charming outdoor area, where you will find a nice garden and a covered terrace with a large dining table and a lounge area. Schönes Haus für den Familienurlaub

Pros: Problemloser Check-In, schnelle und gute Kommunikation mit Karen. Sehr schöner Pool. Das Haus war mit allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt und würden auch wieder kommen.

Das Objekt ist deutlich in die „Jahre „ gekommen.

Gardinen müssten gewaschen werden. Besteck reichlich knapp. Einschübe des Geschirrspülers z. T. rostig und die Rollen defekt. Klimaanlage müsste vorhanden sein. Keine 5* Sterne-Unterkunft; allenfalls 3*. Frau Julia ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage ist ruhig.

Wir hatten tolle Zeit in der Villa und kulante Nachbarn

Pros: Die Unterkunft entspricht im großen und ganzen der Beschreibung, müsste jedoch etwas auf Vordermann gebracht werden. Es war alles vorhanden was man braucht. Die Einrichtung ist okay und die Betten sind gut. Gute Parkmöglichkeit, schöner Pool Cons: Es müsste einiges renoviert bzw ersetzt werden
