Our eco-friendly and unique vacation finca, which accommodates up to 10 people and features an exceptional pool area, is situated in a quiet, rural location near Campos. Here, meaningful sustainability meets Mallorcan charm. Our motto, “the guest is king,” makes this remarkable finca the perfect place to relax and unwind.

Detailed description:
A long driveway leads you to the lovingly and modernly furnished vacation finca “Finca del Corazón.”

With 310 square meters of living space, this impressive finca features a total of 5 spacious bedrooms with impressive built-in closets (4 of which have en suite bathrooms) as well as a fully equipped shared bathroom on the first floor. Four bedrooms open onto a terrace on the first floor, from which you can enjoy a fantastic panoramic view. The spacious and tastefully furnished living room adjoins the fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar and a dining area that seats 10 people. Next to the kitchen is the utility room with a washing machine and two refrigerators/freezers.

From here, you can access the brick-walled, open carport, which you can also drive into directly from the driveway with your car, motorcycle, or bicycle. From the living room, you can step out onto the large terrace, which features ample dining space, a seating lounge, a TV, a gas grill, and the breathtaking pool area—a sight like no other. This pool complex is divided into a children’s pool area, a 20-meter-long pool for swimmers and adults, and a Jacuzzi area for relaxation. Ample sun loungers are available to every guest around the saltwater pool.

The 14,000-square-meter property is completely fenced and planted with typical Mallorcan trees. Sufficient SOLAR PANELS, installed with the environment in mind, provide you with ample electricity. Ample parking is available directly in front of the finca. Es Trenc Beach is just a few minutes away and is ideal for children thanks to its gently sloping sandy shore. This finca is also ideal for motorcyclists and cyclists, as well as sports enthusiasts of all kinds.

We will personally welcome you upon your arrival and assist you with any questions or concerns during your stay in German, English, or Spanish.
