O Hotel é muito confortável, a equipe ótima, prestativa gentil. O apartamento em condições EXCELENTES. Mobiliário, toalhas novas e tamanho grande. O restaurante muito legal, gostamos bastante da alimentação, com equipe ótima e muito gentis. A comentar somente que chegamos domingo e a piscina aquecida somente ficou em condições de uso em meados de quarta de noite ou na quinta feira... o que causou uma certa frustração, pois em Campos do Jordão faz toda a diferença na qualidade do aproveitamento do hotel se é isso que se espera do hotel; a sauna nem chegou a funcionar durante os 5 dias em que lá estive. No mais se a piscina estiver funcionando, o hotel é muito legal, propos todos os dias uma atividade para dar uma cor na estadia dos hóspedes, muito bem localizado e a equipe super gentil.

O hotel tem excelentes comodidades e funcionários super atenciosos. O quarto possui com dois ambientes é muito confortável, possui banheira de hidromassagem dentro do quarto e o quarto com vista para as montanhas é espetacular, com direito à vista do por-do-sol. No segundo andar, tem uma bela piscina de borda infinita, um bar, sala de cinema, sala de jogos e restaurante, tudo perfeito para famílias. O café da manhã é muito bem servido e completo. Possui estacionamento descoberto para os hóspedes. Com certeza recomendo e voltaria ao hotel.

Pontos positivos: hotel grande, com amplo estacionamento, quartos bem divididos e equipados, equipe prestativa, área de recreação. Pontos negativos: check in sem flexibilidade (mesmo com o hotel quase vazio não anteciparam o check in e não houve oferecimento de early check in mesmo mediante pagamento), cama muito pequena, toalhas grandes mas ásperas, limpeza do quarto ruim (havia sujeira embaixo da cama), barulho de exaustor na sala de cinema, paredes entre os quartos sem acústica.

Otimo Hotel, confortável e limpo (adoro Campos e vou quase todos os anos, e foi o Hotel com melhor limpeza que já fiquei na cidade). A equipe do Hotel é muito atenciosa e simpatica. Hotel muito bom, porém senti falta de algumas comodidades como água no frigobar, se passar das 22:00 e você não tiver água no quarto, você fica com sede.
