O hotel é bastante agradável e proporciona uma experiência acolhedora. Destaco especialmente a atenção e cordialidade dos funcionários, que fazem toda a diferença na estadia. O café da manhã também merece elogios, com uma boa variedade e alimentos de qualidade, cuidadosamente selecionados. No entanto, considerando nossa experiência com outras hospedagens em Campos do Jordão, ainda não o classificaria como um hotel 5 estrelas. A propriedade tem potencial para alcançar esse nível, mas, no momento, acredito que uma avaliação máxima não seria justa em comparação com outros hotéis da região. Como pontos de melhoria, sugiro quartos um pouco mais espaçosos, colchões mais macios para maior conforto, a disponibilização de água de cortesia e uma atenção maior à manutenção dos banheiros. De modo geral, é uma pousada charmosa e aconchegante, com ótimos pontos positivos e espaço para evoluir ainda mais.

Hotel com atendimento personalíssimo que faz toda diferença. Café da manhã muito bom, servido de forma individual. Apenas uma observação negativa, quanto ao serviço de quarto no final da tarde para entregar doces e perguntar se estamos precisando de algo. Geralmente, nesse período, o hóspede descansa e prefere nao ser interrompido. No mais, tudo maravilhoso.

A estadia foi muito boa. Fomos muito bem recepcionados - achei o processo de check in preenchendo um formulário extenso por escrito ainda um pouco desatualizado mas nada que se sobressaia a cortesia do rapaz que nos auxiliou. Optamos por jantar no restaurante do hotel e esse foi o ponto baixo da estadia - mas não sei se deveria haver uma avaliação específica para isso, que não comprometesse a pousada em si. De qualquer maneira, o valor dos pratos é incompatível com suas porções ou paladar. Minha esposa pediu um tortellete e o molho era basicamente uma sopa. Meu bacalhau minúsculo e ambos com aspecto que tinham sido descongelados. Começaram a fechar a cozinha - aberta - conosco no salão e dava p sentir o cheiro dos produtos de limpeza. Foi uma experiência desagradável. A habitação em si agradável. Foram muito gentis com uma cortesia em celebração ao meu aniversário de casamento. Na minha opinião a luz do painel do ar condicionado deixa o quarto “aceso” mesmo todo apagado, o que pode ser desconfortável para alguns (minha esposa por exemplo). Bons travesseiros, boa roupa de cama e espaço. O banheiro também era bom. Ambos limpos e organizados. Ficamos apenas por uma noite. O café da manhã, embora farto, foi um pouco confuso em alguns momentos, sendo necessário lembrar os itens que faltavam. Não foi memorável. Não sei se compatível com o valor. Mas foi uma boa experiência, principalmente pela cortesia do staff.

A equipe é muito atenciosa, o cafe da manhã impecável, cama aconchegante, enxoval de cama maravilhoso, para amantes de vinho, o quarto (Araucaria) possui uma adega. A pousada possui um Spa Anna Pegova e as massagens foram excelentes. Único ponto que comentei com a equipe era a troca por toalhas mais novas.
