The owners are fantastic. Their whole goal is the comfort and satisfaction of their clients. Breakfast is good. Our room was fantastic with a fireplace, a sitting room, a jetted tub and separate shower.

A pia do banheiro tinha pelos de outro hóspede. A fronha suja e fedendo não haviam trocado. Um bicho morto no chão ou seja o quarto não teve nenhum preparo e cuidado... A porta com teia de aranha. Paredes caindo reboco. No café da manhã achamos cabelo. Se você quer descansar vai depender do seu vizinho de quarto. Acústica péssima!

A estadia em si foi boa, tendo em vista que o hotel fica muito distante do Centro do Capivari, e infelizmente no quarto haviam várias tomadas, porém somente uma estava funcionando, e como fui com a família dificultou muito nossa estadia, também haviam dias tvs, porém uma não estava funcionando por conta das tomadas ruins, cheguei a passar para a recepção, mas nada foi resolvido.

Pousada acolhedora e aconchegante

Uma delicia de lugar, viajei para um evento, o auditório fica praticamente na mesma rua o que facilitou bastante, a pousada é uma graça, super aconchegante, a recepção foi ótima, ainda precisei incluir uma hospedagem para pet, entrei em contato e fui prontamente atendida, quarto, cama, chuveiro quentinho e ainda tem área de jogos, piscina. Fui apenas para o evento, mas voltarei em breve para aproveitar mais. Eu e minha família amamos!
