Um absurdo, venderam a pousada e não me avisaram, não tinha ninguém quando cheguei lá, não tive nenhum suporte da pousada, não atenderam telefone e só soube pelo vizinho, estou aguardando que a Hotéis.com me devolva o valor pago, que no mim ainda não foi devolvido!
