Un desastre este hotel. Luego de manejar 15 horas llegamos con la reserva 100% Paga y me dicen que no había ninguna reserva. Media hora despues encuentran la reserva y me dicen que tenia que pagar ahi cuando ya lo habia pagado el 100% por la pagina Hoteles.com, Incluso despues de mostrar el movimiento de la tarjeta de credito insistian en que tenia que pagar. 1 hora de espera en recepcion. Luego la habitacion es chica, con olor a Humedad. Sabanas manchadas. Te pica todo cuando te vas a dormir. No es un Hotel es una pelicula de terror. Ni aunque me regalen la estadia vuelvo a ese hotel.

Gostei muito do hotel. A equipe, no geral, é muito educada — os camareiros, o pessoal da limpeza, o pessoal da recepção da manhã, o Jardel e um senhor cujo nome infelizmente não me lembro, mas que, pelo que soube, trabalha há mais de 30 anos. Todos muito atenciosos e cordiais. Parabéns a essa equipe! Mas deixo uma observação em relação à recepção da noite. No primeiro dia, achei o atendente um pouco sarcástico, e principalmente na segunda noite tive um problema mais sério com outro recepcionista (não sei o nome) em relação ao estacionamento. No site, está descrito que o estacionamento é gratuito, mas ao voltarmos de um passeio, sem qualquer aviso prévio, não havia mais vagas disponíveis. O atendente foi extremamente grosseiro e insensível na forma como tratou a situação, o que acabou sendo o único ponto negativo da estadia. No mais, o hotel é muito bom, tem ótimo custo-benefício e, apesar desse episódio, eu voltaria sim.

Café de manhã com muitas opções – comida boa. Estacionamento barato – 15/dia. Quarto simples, e barato. Bom custo/benefício. Não tem elevador – dois pisos além do térreo. Tem um hotel do mesmo grupo, mais caro e aparentemente melhor quase do lado (Carlton Plaza). Rua tranquilo. Valeu a pena para um fim de semana.

O ar condicionado do quarto não funcionou, mas como o tempo estava frio deixamos a janela um pouco aberta para ventilar. Quando fiz a reserva dizia que tinha estacionamento gratuito, porém quando cheguei lá as vagas gratuitas estavam todas ocupadas , só tinha vaga no estacionamento pago em frente. Tive que pagar estacionamento.
