Promessa do incrível, mas longe de ser perfeito

Nossa estadia no hotel foi em uma semana de baixa temporada, e acabamos prejudicados pela fase vermelha da pandemia (o que nos obrigou a ficar somente no hotel sem opções externas). A estrutura é incrível, o plano de expansão também, a comida super bem preparada e os funcionários atenciosos. Porém deixou a desejar foi, para um hotel de alto padrão como o Ort, quanto a disponibilidade de funcionários por estarmos em baixa temporada, durante a semana havia apenas 1 pessoa para atender a todos no restaurante, o Spa que nos foi oferecido previamente a estada, ao chegar descobrimos que não estaria funcionando até o nosso último dia (o que após notificarmos foi resolvido) e haviam obras ocorrendo com barulho iniciando as 8 da manhã. Chegaram a nos oferecer para trocar de quarto no último dia, mas nesse caso já havia passado o momento para tal (4 dias desde nossa chegada). Enfim, o hotel promete ser algo perfeito pelas postagens de quem visita, mas nossa experiência apesar de boa, ficou longe do que esperávamos pela proposta de valor que é “vendida”.

Hermoso hotel Excelente personal Buenos servicios Falta un buen check list para entregar la habitación, tuvimos los siguientes problemas: Calefacción al máximo, el dormitorio fue un sauna la primera noche , la perilla del control de temperatura no funcionaba. La arreglaron en el curso del día. Caja fuerte estaba con el código del anterior huésped, tuvo que venir un técnico para apretar el famoso botón rojo de atrás de la puerta. La lluvia de la ducha botaba el agua para todos lados ( la arreglé quedó impecable)

O atendimento do hotel é impecável. Todos os funcionários são atenciosos. As demandas são atendidas rapidamente. A pizzaria é excelente e o café da manhã também. Todas as acomodações são bens legais e as experiências também. Ficou a desejar o restaurante do hotel, o Kuche. O cardápio é vasto, mas o prato deixa a desejar tanto de quantidade versus valor, e principalmente de sabor. Iríamos comer mais vezes nesse restaurante, mas optamos por nos deslocar, pois em ambas as tentativas, o prato não entregou o que pensávamos. Acredito que o hotel deve dar uma atenção especial a esse restaurante e reestruturação da cozinha, pois penso que é o principal restaurante do hotel.
