The service is very good. People are ready to help anytime. But the building is falling a part. And the towels... you can get call it rags. Food is great, security is also great. I hope they can bring back up on the high end. Ive been there one year ago and what a difference!

The hotel is really old and smells like mold. The towels and bed linen were see through thin, very old. The sheets were smaller than the bed and of really poor quality. When we arrived there was no towels.

A Equipe do hotel foi muito solícita quando acionada, o 1º quarto que recebemos, uma coisa horrorosa, fedia muito. de imediato, entramos em contato com a recepção que nos trocou de quarto e nos deu um up grade pelo incoveniente. o Serviço de quarto deixou muito a desejar. foram dois pedidos, uma salada caesar, que chegou com frango parcialmente cru, e um bife a cavalo que, mais parecia um pedaço de borracha. O bife torrado no óleo, impressão de que fora reaquecido. horrivel.
