Sempre me hospedo nesse hotel, mas desta vez minha experiência foi terrível. As instalações estavam como sempre perfeitas. Só que a equipe do hotel deixou muito a desejar. Limpeza de quarto não efetuada. Nem repor papel higiênico fizeram. Precisei pedir para a recepção. Local de café da manhã imundo. Cheio de papel pelo chão. Pão, bolos embaixo das mesas. Sei que a grande culpa é dos próprios hóspedes que não tem educação alguma. Mas acredito que deveria ter alguém da retaguarda observando e orientando a limpeza do local. Porque a impressão que fica é que se no salão onde todos estão vendo está imundo imagine a cozinha. Mais o pior foi ter que acordar todos os dias antes das seis da manhã por conta de crianças correndo pelo corredor, apertando campainha de outro quarto, pais gritando sem parar. E após eu fazer uma reclamação para recepção nenhum funcionário tomar atitude. Pelo contrário disseram que não podem ter controle sobre os hóspedes. Então se eles priorizam hóspedes sem educação e empatia ao próximo e desvalorizam aqueles que cumprem as regras estabelecidas para mim já não serve mais. Uma grande tristeza. Porque me hospedei muitas vezes e sempre recomendei para várias pessoas.

Contudo, quando o hotel está com lotação acentuada a reposição dos alimentos e o cuidado com a manutenção das mesas deixam muito a desejar... Por mais de uma vez num mesmo dia faltou leite, leite em pó, suco, pão, pizza e algumas frutas... Para um hotel do porte do Nacional Inn e o valor da diária isto é inaceitável!!!
