At Ibis, you usually know what to expect ahead of time, but this one fell short of the standard expectations. Outdated building that feels ran-down and in need of renovations. Bathroom light didn't work and the towels they provided were so worn out, they hurt your skin when drying. AC worked and we slept comfortably. Breakfast was good and worth it.

A Rede Ibis, com a bandeira vermelha, tem um problema crônico com as portas do box do banho. O sistema de abertura e fechamento da porta não permite uma total vedação, e por isso, é comum vazar água que vai para o piso do banheiro e não para dentro do box. Ficamos no quarto 559, e não foi diferente, com a água se acumulando ao redor do vaso sanitário.
