overall very good. Surprised that the front desk did not speak any English, but still the staff was very nice. Also surprised that there is no ticket or document when I handed them the keys to the rental car. Usually you get a ticket or something proving you handed them your keys for the car. Again, overall very nice and loved the short distance to the main streets.

Reservei e paguei pelo Hoteis.com para mim e meus filhos, de 9 e 11 anos. Após o check-in, me ligaram da recepção dizendo que eu deveria pagar um valor adicional de 960 reais alegando que a Expedia (Hoteis.com) passou para eles a informação de que meus filhos teriam 0 e 2 anos. Não adiantou argumentar que minha reserva foi correta, que o erro de comunicação era entre a Expedia e o hotel Paguei os 960 reais e registrei a avaliação explicando o absurdo que fizeram comigo. No dia seguinte o gerente do hotel me procurou pedindo desculpas, reconheceu que ocorreu um erro por parte da Expedia e que eu não tinha responsabilidade alguma. Disse que seria cancelada a cobrança e pediu que eu retirasse a avaliação. Ele me enviou uma suposta solicitação de cancelamento e eu exclui a avaliação negativa. Para minha surpresa, retornei de viagem e constatei que a cobrança não foi cancelada. Campos do Jordão possui centenas de hotel, escolham outro para se hospedar.

Excelente Localização! Fica a 1 quadra do centro capivari. Vale o custo benefício, pois a economia com estacionamentos faz a diferença. As acomodações são excelentes. O café da manhã é muito bom. Existem opções veganas e não veganas. Caso queira algo diferente, os funcionários preparam sem problemas. O atendimento superou as expectativas. Só vai! Sem medo

A Pousada Serra da Estrela é excelente. Instalações, refeições e profissionais são maravilhosos. A localização é ótima e a Pousada possui estacionamento que é imprescindível em Campos do Jordão. Pretendo retornar em breve para aproveitar todas as comodidades oferecidas.
