The hotel is close to Capivari and the staff is friendly. However the first room I was given was terrible! The safe did not work, it was noisy, dark, the shower leaked, the floor was in very bad condition and dusty in general. Fortunately, after complaining several times, I was able to change my room for a room with a view on the third floor, paying the difference of course! If you want to stay in this hotel pay for rooms with balcony or on the third level otherwise it is best yo avoid it.

O hotel fica próximo à avenida, então dá pra ouvir o barulho dos carros. Fiquei num quarto ao lado de uma reforma, então teve barulho de obra, mas liguei pra recepção e eles resolveram rapidinho. O café da manhã é muito bom, o ambiente é cheiroso e limpo. Uma coisa que me surpreendeu é que, apesar de não ter elevador, eles levam suas malas até o quarto 😊.
