Hotel Matsubara: Uau!

Hotel fantástico! Excelente acomodação, vastos ambientes de convivência para toda a família, ótimos serviços com destaque ao transfer para a praça do Capivari. Lindo jardim com lago e peixes ornamentais. Ótima hospedagem!

Best stay of my trip

This has been by far the best hotel I've had in Brazil. I've visited the country twice and stayed in a dozen places. The town itself is nice with plenty to see, but this hotel was a pleasant surprise. It has more amenities than listed with a kids playroom and game room, in addition to small gym and in the back a beautiful Japanese style garden. The breakfast was full standard Brazilian buffet and the rooms were comfortable but not lavish.

The room was unacceptably dirty and old, there was mold on the walls, the mirror was so stained I could barely see myself. For the price we paid, it was unacceptable.

Decidi fechar esse hotel pq iria com minha filha de dois anos e foi a melhor escolha que fiz. Tem uma brinquedoteca boa, sala de jogos, copa baby, berço e mágico no café da manhã aos sábados. Tudo muito voltado pro público infantil!! Fora isso, o hotel disponibiliza de máquina de café, capuccino, chocolate quente e etc a vontade e um transfer de ida e volta ao centro. Sensacional, fez toda diferença. Quero agradecer a todos os recepcionistas, motoristas e ao responsável pelo café da manhã. Todos são muito educados e simpáticos. Voltarei mais vezes. Parabéns e mais uma vez obrigada pela atenção durante todos os dias que passamos aí

O hotel é ótimo, muito funcional.
