A estrutura do hotel é antiga porém acolhedora, fomos acomodados em um quarto triplo, porém meu filho tem asma e o cheiro que estava neste quarto estava muito forte ( acredito que cheiro de cera/ removedor) pois o acabamento dos quartos são todos em madeira. Entrei em contato com a recepção que rapidamente se propôs a resolver a situação, nos colocaram em um outro quarto superior ao que contratamos, e nas condições de limpeza que pedimos (sem cheiro e arejado). E ainda na manhã seguinte fizeram uma surpresa para o meu filho no café da manhã, pq era aniversário dele! Sinceramente nunca fomos tão bem tratados em um hotel. Outro ponto positivo são as roupas de cama e toalhas. Tudo muito limpo e de qualidade. O café da manhã é um caso a parte. Grande variedade de alimentos, inclusive sobremesas deliciosas com produtos de qualidade tbm! Diante de tudo não posso mais uma vez deixar de agradecer a educação e atenção dos funcionários, em especial ao Rodrigo que esteve presente desde o chekin até o checkout! Vcs são incríveis e existe uma entrega verdadeira no que fazem! Sem dúvida voltaremos mais vezes !

o café da manha é muito bom! Nota 10! um dos melhores cafes que já fui, tem tapioca preparada na hora e uma variação muito boa de salgados e doces. A equipe é muito atenciosa, conseguimos upgrade, e check in antecipado, pois havia disponibilidade. a aérea de jogos e piscina é excelente. Dentro do centro, 5 min a pé, rua muito tranquila AMAMOS!

Precisa melhorar fechamento da piscina aquecida, teto com abertura lateral não deve ser aberto, pois como saímos quente da piscina, o frio pode dar um choque térmico.
