Hotel muito antigo, facilidades bem ruins, recepção assustadora de velha e feia. O café da manhã super simples, servido em uma salão muito antigo com banheiros horrorosos. Eu me hospedei em um chalé excelente que é super novo e muito bom, era a única coisa que prestava no hotel - o chalé exclusivo Araucária. Porém o chalé apesar de ter cozinha, o hotel não coloca nada no frigobar e como fica muito longe da sede, é bem inconveniente, ainda mais porque o hotel não tem restaurante disponível. O hóspede tem que comprar tudo em um supermercado e trazer para o chalé. No hotel não pega sinal de nenhuma operadora de celular, mas o Wi-Fi funciona bem. É bem longe do centro da cidade não podendo ir caminhando para nenhum lugar.

A melhor experiência em chalé que já tivemos! O lugar é simplesmente lindo. Fui com meu marido para comemorar meu aniversário, e foi tudo encantador do começo ao fim. A cidade também é super charmosa, e em algumas noites fomos jantar em Campos do Jordão, o que deixou a viagem ainda mais especial. O atendimento do hotel é impecável, desde a chegada, já nos disponibilizaram uma lista com opções de delivery, restaurantes e passeios, o que fez toda a diferença na organização da nossa estadia.
