eu peguei o quarto com uma banheira no quarto e a banheira tinha algumas manchas que não saíam (eu mesma tentei esfregá-las!) e me deixaram desconfortável. mas também os jatos na banheira não estavam funcionando. na noite em que cheguei lá percebi, mas não pedi ajuda porque já era tarde e eu já estava despida dentro da banheira quando percebi. na manhã seguinte, tentei novamente e os jatos não ligavam. Chamei por ajuda (demoraram muito a vir) só resolveram temporariamente; assim que eles saíram, eles pararam de funcionar novamente, então eu liguei de volta (demoraram muito para voltar mais uma vez) e os consertaram uma segunda vez. a essa altura já está quase na hora do check-out e não consegui nem tomar um banho relaxado, tive que correr. Liguei para a recepção e perguntei se eu poderia ficar 1 hora extra mesmo se eu tivesse que pagar e eles disseram que não. consideração zero por todo o dinheiro pago.

A hospedagem foi bem tranquila, por mais que o hotel estava cheio por conta do evento de bike, o silêncio prevaleceu no ambiente. O quarto com varanda, cama de casal e uma cama para criança, tranquilamente acomodada 3 pessoa e não mais que isso. Café da manhã bem serviço com bastante variedades e o melhor é a localização, você faz tudo a pé.

Hotel já está sem elevador há mais de um mês, e só avisaram o pessoal que fez a reserva, na chegada. Me alojaram no 3º andar, e tinha ido para uma competição de bike, e levar a bike para o quarto, com sacolas e o mais, foi terrível, fora o caso de ter q subir e descer 3 andares várias vezes... duas vezes a água do banho não esquentou, tivemos que ligar para resolverem... pelo valor pago, deixou muuuuito a desejar.

Bien la habitación y el hotel. Pero en dos oportunidades nos quedamos atrapadas en el escensor. Y el último día las maletas debieron ser bajadas por las escaleras . Igualmente todos los días restantes subimos y bajamos por escaleras .
