Great place with a lot of greenery set on a beautiful hillside. The best aspect of the hotel for sure would e the heated pool and jacuzzi area, but they also have comfortable rooms and a free breakfast.

Quando buscamos pelo hotel, colocamos o filtro apenas de lugares que eram Petfriendly. Nossa surpresa começou quando após fecharmos a estadia, o hotel nos informou que era cobrada uma taxa para pet, que é o valor de uma diária (eu só ia ficar uma diária, então isso impactou muito nas expectativas). Não há problemas em cobrar uma taxa por pet, desde que isso seja avisado antes de seguirmos com a contratação e não uma surpresa após. Sobre a estadia: o quarto é bastante simples, o aquecedor não funciona direito e o piso é cerâmica, ou seja, extremamente gelado para os hóspedes e principalmente para os pets. Não existem lixeiras distribuídas pelo complexo o que é contrário à um lugar Petfriendly em que precisamos descartar as sujeiras dos nossos Pets e para cachorros acima de 7kg não é permitido acesso ao restaurante, o que dificulta um pouco já que não é permitido deixar o Pet sozinho no quarto, então tivemos que tomar café em um local apartado, que fica ao lado de banheiros bem fedidos.

Dos 4 dias que ficamos hospedados não houve troca de toalhas em 2 dias e não havia toalhas de rosto. Em 1 dia não houve nem retirada do lixo do banheiro. No box do banheiro não há apoio para pessoas idosas segurarem e não há suporte para colocar shampoo e do sabonete estava solto o parafuso que sustenta. Achamos o banheiro muito escuro também. Café da manhã esteve bom e o restante também. Por ser um quarto nível superior, achei que o banheiro estava muito abaixo da expectativa...

A estadia foi boa, no entanto a janela do quarto não faz uma boa vedação do vento e a noite acaba ficando muito frio, mesmo com o ar condicionado quente (não achei que aquece muito também). As toalhas de banho tive que pedir outra na recepção pois as que estavam no quarto estavam rasgadas, mas prontamente fui atendida. Um ponto negativo são as acomodações que não possuem frigobar, acho que isso deveria ser um item básico para todos os quartos.

Hotel maravilhoso e cercado de natureza, voltaria mais vezes, mas tem 2 pontos que achei negativo, 1° retiram as toalhas do quarto sem reposição pq esta em falta, acho que na falta não deveria tirar as que estão no quarto, pois era quase hora de ir embora e tive que ir pela 2° vez vê se já tinha toalha disponível, o café da manhã achei todos os bolos ruins, a maioria com gosto forte de ovo ou doce demais, tirando esses pontos, o hotel é excelente.
