Staff is great. Valet parking is convenient. Breakfast is very good. However, the gym is unusable because ALL of the equipment is broken. Smaller things: the elevator lights/buttons need maintenance. The hotel is starting to look old. Location is good; walking distance from the city center stores.

Achei o qurto meio antigo, alguns cantos estufados. Equipe atenciosa. Fiquei 4 dias no hotel, e pedi um late checkout de 1 hora pois tive um imprevisto e negaram, informando que podiam apenas 30 min. Depois de 20 min ligaram no quarto questionando a hora que daria checkout. Achei bem amador
