Pontos fortes: café da manhã bem servido, comodidades limpas, toda equipe do hotel bem prestativa Pontos ruins: piscina com muito cloro, chega a arder os olhos e causar dificuldade pra respirar, área do café da manhã dispõe de pouca mesa se comparado a quantidade de quartos e hóspedes que o local possui pra reserva, iluminação do quarto deixa a desejar, o quarto fica bem escuro, tomada apenas ao lado da cama de solteiro, ao lado da cama de casal não tem tomada disponível, hospedagem não oferece roupão.

Quarto estava limpo e conforme o serviço que havia pago feito! O café da manhã é muito gostoso com uma vista do nascer do sol bem bacana. Mas o isolamento de barulho dos quartos são pessimos, e os primeiros quartos além do barulhos dos quartos vizinho, que é aceitável, tem todo o barulho do saguão.

A localização é boa para quem está de carro e a infraestrutura também. Funcionários bem solícitos também. Não achei o conforto do quarto, condizente com o valor da diária. Travesseiro era muito ruim e a água do banho, não descia. De resto, gostei. Espelhos no quarto, ajuda bastante, e secador no quarto.

Boa estadia em Campos do Jordão. O hotel e bem localizado, não fica nem a 5 min do centro, boas acomodações, recepção e quarto. Estacionamento de fácil acesso. Funcionários da recepção muito atenciosos . No refeitório há também um bar . Bom café da manhã . Há uma piscina aquecida, sauna e academia. Na verdade o hotel pertence a mesma rede proprietária do Castelo e do seu vizinho Hotel nacional inn
