Meus pais ficaram no hotel por minha recomendação e do meu esposo. Meus pais simplesmente amaram e irão voltar. A experiência deles foi a melhor possível. O quarto foi maravilhoso, espaçoso, o hotel super limpo, o staff foi muito educado, o café da manhã foi maravilhoso com variedade e reposição sempre que era possível e a piscina foi um bônus para eles. Simplesmente tudo perfeito e todos nós recomendamos.

Péssima Experiência

Em síntese, uma péssima experiência! Não recomendo e não retorno à rede. Atendimento bem ruim desde a recepção até a limpeza do quarto. Ao realizar uma simples reclamação quanto a limpeza do quarto a resposta do atendimento foi, vou reportar ao gerente. Nenhuma ação efetiva para se resolver um simples problema, nenhum retorno do gerente. Além disso o quarto parece um quarto de motel barato. Nesse ponto fui enganado pelas fotos. Por fim, a piscina que estava anunciada como aberta, de fato não estava funcionando e a resposta do atendimento também foi, vou reportar ao gerente. Para quem tiver interesse em se hospedar vale a pena perguntar previamente.

Achei o atendimento em geral na média, devido ao covid, parecia que o hotel estava bem cheio. O que foi mais desagradável, foi no domingo pela manhã as camareiras limpando os quartos e falando muito alto pelos corredores. Quem estava dormindo ou descansando foi incomodado.

Os quartos não possuem isolamento acústico, os hóspedes de manhã passam fslando e se houve tudo, pior depois das das 9hs da manhã, as camareiras arrastando moveis e conversando alto, por esse motivo não volto mais neste hotel.

Quarto muito limpo, rouspas de cama muito cheirosas! Café da manhã farto com tudo q é essencial, funcionários educados. Só uma coisa que me deixou extremamente com raiva, o quarto não tem o mínimo isolamento acústico, se houve a pessoa do quarto ao lado até fazendo xixi, de manhã bem cedo, as pessoas passam no corredor conversando, e incomoda muito, o pior é depois das 9hs da manhã, que as arrumadeiras começam à limpar os quartos, fslando super alto e arrastando móveis, um horror! Apesar dos pontos positivos, não volto neste hotel nem de graça, eu odeio ser acordada com barulhos, e não saio da minha casa, pra ter q acordar cedo em hotel.
