Limpeza do quarto não tava boa, poeira em cima da tv, minha alergia atacou no momento que entrei no quarto. O banheiro estava sujo, tinha cabelo de outros hóspedes, vi assim que entrei no banheiro! Cheiro do quarto não tava agradável. Ambientes comuns do hotel pouco iluminados, escuro demais, carpete do corredor parecia estar sujo. Elevador precisando de manutenção, muito lento e com aparência ruim. Alguns membros da equipe nos atenderam super bem, outros foram apáticos. O estacionamento do subsolo é muito apertado e o outro é do outro lado da rua. Achei um absurdo cobrarem pra estacionar em locais tão ruins, um apertado e o outro tem que atravessar a rua. Não faz sentido cobrar por algo que não traz comodidade. Quando tinha vaga na rua na frente do hotel eu achava mais cômodo deixar meu carro lá do que nos estacionamentos oferecidos. Não gostei, meus amigos não gostaram. Roupa de cama pessima, no quarto do meu amigo colocaram 2 lençóis de solteiro pra cobrir uma cama de casal, não cabia o lençol portanto o lençol não parava na cama! Único pontos positivos: colchão bom, travesseiros bons e cobertores bons! Café razoavelmente bom!

Uma grata surpresa para uma hospedagem a trabalho. Atendimento cordial, cama muito boa, toalhas limpas e macias. Só o estacionamento no subsolo é apertado e requer um pouco de habilidade extra para estacionar e abrir as portas sem encostar nos pilares.

Hotel oferece localização boa e estacionamento. Cafe da manhã básico atende horário de jantar. Infelizmente não tivemos uma experiência agradável pois chegamos de um evento 22h Mr Moo e não tinha água no hotel. Ficamos a madrugada em contato com a recepção para saber sobre a água e eles disponibilizaram um quarto pra quem quisesse tomar banho às 2h da manhã, achei bem constrangedor. Á agua só normalizou pela manhã.

Café da manhã muito bom Porém as refeições à noite deixaram muito a desejar , os preços subiram cerca de 20% e a qualidade ,e quantidade das refeições foram muito abaixo do esperado ! legumes de acompanhamento nos pratos não podem ser de latas de conserva e nem peito de frango ser do tipo congelado da sadia ! A verificação de lâmpadas queimadas ou ausentes nos quartos está falha !

Quando cheguei ao hotel pedi se ja poderia fazer o chekin pois faltava apenas meia hora, o funcionário com má vontade falou que não poderia e tive que ficar esperando do lado de fora ate as 14hs algumas vezes cheguei em hoteis um pouco antes do chekin e prestativamente liberam o quarto um hotel com mais de 90 quartos, não acredito que nao tinha um quarto disponivel quando cheguei
