Não voltaria. Hotel com atendimento três estrelas e preço de um cinco estrelas. Fui mal atendido desde que cheguei até minha saída. Saindo da piscina solicitei um roupão de banho, me disseram que estava no meu quarto ou que eu deveria buscar na recepção. Pedi para utilizar o telefone da piscina para ligar para a recepção e solicitar e disseram que eu tinha que me deslocar (molhado e de sunga) até a recepção. Constrangido, fui de sunga e molhado até a recepção e aguardei mais de 20 minutos em pé por um roupão que não me entregaram. Eu e minha namorada desistimos de aguardar e fomos molhados (de biquíni e sunga) até nosso quarto onde NÃO tinha nenhum roupão. Na chegada ao hotel, estacionei meu carro no carregador elétrico e depois notei que o teto do meu carro estava molhado e manchado, haviam goteiras do sistema de esgoto em cima do carregador elétrico e pingava nos carros que ali estavam carregando. Subimos dois lances de escadas (não tem elevador) cheios de malas sem atendimento e ajuda de nenhum funcionário. Atendimento de hotel três estrelas.

Um lugar muito gostoso de se hospedar,funcionários atenciosos e tudo bem cuidado.Café completo e cardápios variados. Ambiente do restaurante confortável e agradável. Ótimo lugar para curtir em casal e família. Espaço para criancas e adultos aproveitarem os momentos. Dica para o hotel: trilha com quadriciclo dentro do resort pois possui uma área de paisagem e pontos altos para ver o pôr do sol. O quarto q ficamos só tinha espelho no banheiro e sentimos falta de um espelho no quarto. A varanda do quarto onde ficamos só precisava cortar o mato antes de nos recpicionar rsrs faltou supervionar essa parte mas as trilhas e o gramado estava tudo bem cuidado. De tudo mesmo voltaremos para curtir a serra da mantiqueira e apreciar as montanhas com fondue da cacau show, quando bater aquela saudade e houver novidades no Resort.
