My experience at B&B São José dos Campos was not good at all. They gave us room P-006 which is 1 st floor in an open area to the lobby. Every time the door downstairs opened, you could hear inside the room. People talking, staff talking and phone ringing was literally so disturbing that we requested to move rooms. The staff hesitated and not even apologized for what was happening. Never again.

Spoiled Food, Broken Windows.

Booked a single room with a queen bed I was given a room with 3 single beds. They changed to a new room and the window was broken wouldn’t close. It was freezing cold. No blankets. Noise. Didn’t sleep at all. And then to complete my stay I was served spoiled OJ juice at breakfast. Will never go back.

B&B agora é nosso hotel preferido. Bom serviço, ótimo café da manhã , excelente localização, atendimento muito cordial e preço justo. Parabéns a toda equipe! PS. somente uma recomendação pontual: ter opção de café da máquina (adoro a Três Corações!) também na versão diet- capuccino sem açúcar, pois fazemos controle da ingestão de açúcar. Grato!
