My experience at B&B São José dos Campos was not good at all. They gave us room P-006 which is 1 st floor in an open area to the lobby. Every time the door downstairs opened, you could hear inside the room. People talking, staff talking and phone ringing was literally so disturbing that we requested to move rooms. The staff hesitated and not even apologized for what was happening. Never again.

Minha experiência no B&B Hotel São José dos Campos foi bastante satisfatória, principalmente para quem busca praticidade e uma hospedagem moderna e funcional. O hotel segue o padrão da rede, com instalações novas, ambiente bem limpo e uma proposta bem objetiva. Os quartos são compactos, mas bem organizados, confortáveis e com tudo o que é necessário para uma estadia curta ou de trabalho. Um ponto positivo é a localização, que facilita o deslocamento na cidade, além da sensação de segurança e estrutura bem cuidada. O café da manhã também é elogiável, com boa variedade dentro da proposta do hotel. Também é um hotel mais voltado para praticidade do que para lazer. No geral, é uma excelente opção em São José dos Campos para quem valoriza custo-benefício, limpeza e eficiência, especialmente em viagens rápidas ou a trabalho.

Reclamação – Atendimento e Organização No dia 18/04, estive no hotel e enfrentei uma situação totalmente inaceitável. Havia uma fila extensa de veículos travando a rua devido à ausência do manobrista no local. Após longa espera, o manobrista retornou, porém, ao invés de priorizar o atendimento, permaneceu conversando com outros clientes. Ao questionar a demora, fui tratada com extrema falta de educação, de forma grosseira e desrespeitosa. Além da completa desorganização operacional, o atendimento prestado foi inadequado e abaixo de qualquer padrão mínimo esperado. Reforço minha insatisfação com o serviço e solicito providências para que situações como essa não voltem a ocorrer.

Meu namorado e eu passamos apenas uma noite mas a experiência foi muito boa. O quarto estava super limpo e organizado, além da decoração ser linda e a janela ter uma vista bonita para cidade. O café da manhã é maravilhoso, tem muitas opções gostosas. A acústica do quarto é ótima, mesmo sendo ao lado da Dutra não ouvimos nenhum barulho de madrugada. Ar condicionado bom! Estacionamento com preço legal e manobrista. Toda equipe simpática e eficiente. Infelizmente, precisei ficar no hotel, porquê meu esposo estava na UTI em SJC. Enquanto esperava os horários de visita, trabalhei em home office e tem uma bancada excelente. A localização, para mim é perfeita.
