1. The vacation home consists of a large apartment for 4 people, flanked by two sun terraces with ocean views.
It features a large kitchen-diner with a dining table and a spacious living area with a sofa, an armchair nook, and another table that seats 8 people. Here you’ll also find a 65-inch TV with all German channels.

It features two bedrooms with double beds and two bathrooms. From the upper living area, doors lead to the first bedroom and a bathroom with a shower and a built-in bathtub.
Another door leads to a staircase down to the second bedroom and a shower room below.
From there, an exterior door also leads to the garden and to additional terraces with ocean views on this level.
The property is approximately 3,000 m² in size. To the side of the house, level with the large apartment, there is a 100-meter-long meadow with olive trees where you can relax on lounge chairs and enjoy the last rays of the evening sun.

Also included is a second apartment for two people.
It has its own entrance on this level with a beautiful sun terrace and ocean view.
It measures 46 m² and is divided into a living area with a 55-inch TV and a fully equipped kitchen, as well as a sleeping area.
It also includes a small bathroom with a shower and bidet.

It is a bedroom for 2 people. The double bed is separated by the original oil mill stone. It has a sink, as well as seating with a table. The restroom is just two steps outside, and an outdoor shower with hot water is a little further away—which everyone else enjoys using as well.

The prices for the vacation rental include final cleaning and a linen package, which consists of a duvet cover with sheets, a shower towel, a small hand towel, and a beach towel, and is priced at 25 euros per person.
