Nice place to stay while passing through

The hotel is old, but it's s a perfect place to stay when passing through the city! The breakfast is great, Wifi is good and the rooms are clean. But be aware: We had problems with the check in and out though.. They had no records of our Hotel.com reservation and payment. So that was quite annoying, because the night watchmen was not interested in trying to communicate through Google translate, he ended up just giving us a room and leave the trouble for the daytime staff. They claimed we owed money, but after 15 minutes of checking, they finally found some papers and apologized.

Quarto sempre quente devido sol da tarde e ar condicionado funcionando insuficientemente, a 50% da capacidade, nunca esfriando de fato. Funcionária da recepção falando que os piores quartos eram pra quem reservava via sites como Expedia. Um deboche! Evitem o hotel, pois Campo Grande é muito quente. Demais funcionários amáveis na arrumação, café da manhã e os demais da recepção.
