Equipe de funcionários da recepção prestativos. Sugiro não ficar nos quartos do térreo, por causa do barulho, ficamos bem próximo a recepção e o corredor do café, escutávamos tudo que passava do lado de fora. Fora isso, é segunda vez que ficamos lá e é um hotel bom, a localização é ótima.
