The outbuilding is in front of the pool and is equipped with a barbecue, wood-fired oven, refrigerator, and freezer. There's a laundry room available for use after a 1-week stay. The house is very comfortable, and the kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances. There is air conditioning in the living room that cools the entire house. Dishes, glasses, and cutlery are plentiful. The bedrooms are en-suite, airy, and bright. Guest Access: Full access to the main house, pool, gardens, and outbuilding. Access to the lower level is not permitted through the iron gates. Other Observations: Smoking is not permitted inside the house. In the outdoor areas of the property, there is no problem as long as cigarette butts are disposed of in appropriate places and not in the gardens. Appliances (air fryer, microwave, mixer) for use in the kitchen should be turned on one at a time to avoid overloading the system. Electrical appliances and the stove must be returned properly cleaned. For air conditioning use, all doors and windows must remain closed. Loud noise is not permitted under any circumstances.
