Quarto ótimo, camas excelentes! Sono perfeito em quarto silencioso e aconchegante. Chuveiro perfeito e forte com agia quente à vontade. Café muito bom, somente alguns ingredientes (a granola e os yougurtes melhores) terminaram, sem reposição no domingo. Mas tudo estava delicioso. Dica: eu preferia receber amenities de sabonetes avulsos e shampoo/condicionador avulso e com aromas melhores.

O quarto 1207 é barulhento: tem alguma máquina ligada até tarde de noite. Tive que usar tampa-ouvidos para dormir. Tinha pelos no piso do banheiro. O academia de ginástica é visivelmente avessa aos hóspedes: tem que pedir senha na recepção (o que ninguém da recepção avisa, claro). O recepcionista da academia não faz muita questão de ajudar também. Desisti, fui correr na rúa. Quando terceirizam os serviços, os hóspedes ficam preteridos, porque não pagam. Normal. Não gostei. As refeições (jantar e café da manhã) são de ótima qualidade. A estrutura do hotel em geral é muito boa.

O quarto não tinha copo de vidro e com cheiro mal falta de cuidado com hospede e restaurante não podeiria fazer refeição com almoço e janta por causa de evento teria que comer no quarto e pagar 30 reais para usar garfo e faca não recomendo e a limpeza tinha que implorar para trocar toalhas e dar papel higienico. e quarto com sacada panorama teria obrigãção de ter uma maquina de café pelo preço da diaria que cobra muito alto.
